Build Your First Or Next Blog In Just 30 Days

The One Blog Away Challenge

How Would You Like Me To Hold You By The Hand As You Launch Your First BLOG?

Hey, Pete Harris here and I am going to get straight to the point as I know that your time is valuable.

So, you want to have your own blog but just don’t know where to start?

Building a blog from scratch does involve technology and piecing things together is like a jig saw puzzle. Sometimes that can put people off to the point that the don’t start at all. Now you may be thinking that you must be a tech wizard but that simply is not true as most of the time it is just point and click.

Also, you may be worrying about what to write about and will people like you and your message. Is that stopping you?

The truth is that some people will like you and some won’t, that is just life but the people who do will become fans for life and your message will resonate with them.

So, with all this in mind how would you like me to shorten that learning curve for you by watching me build a blog live, right in front of your eyes?

This is something that I wished for back in the day but there was simply nothing anything around then. So that is one of the main reasons for creating my own over the shoulder course so you can see what to do and where to click.

Over the course of 8 modules we are going to go from a blank screen to a fully functional blog that is ready to attract huge amounts of traffic and have the potential to generate revenue if you so wish!

I will cover the different types of blogs you can create along with niche and market research. Then together we will be getting our hands dirty and building out the machine that will give you your platform to reach out to the world and attract the people that are aligned with what you have to say.

Talking about your message. I am going to show you what content to create and how to do it based on the outcome you are trying to reach. You will see me create a blog post live and how you should structure it to gain maximum effect.

Then I will show you how to spread your word so to speak, where to share your content and what tools to use to lighten your workload. Finally, I will show you, if you so wish how to monetize your content and your blog in general. Then it is all about traffic and how to get human eyeballs on your posts.

Now this course is going to be intensive and I will be deep diving into all the in’s and outs on just what you need to do. Maybe this is something that you may have been looking for in the past but never found. Until now!

Now for the challenge if you choose to accept it. The course will be step-by-step, and it is designed for you to take action at the right time. That is why I have designed it so that you can implement what you have learnt before moving on. Everyday you will get a new mission to complete and this will last for 30 days.

By the end of the 30 days you will have a fully functioning blog that you can then take further and evolve. This is the best way to get tasks done rather than watching all the missions and never taking action or forgetting something and having to go back, which wastes time in the long run.

You Now & You In 30 Days

My Story - Why I Started Blogging

Really I stumbled across blogging when I joined a home business opportunity program after I clicked on a Facebook ad. Typically when you enrol into one of these programs is that you get assigned a sponsor or referral partner, and mine was a full-time blogger.

He had received some great results within his business through blogging and it was then that my eyes were opened to this marketing strategy and how it could be use for my business.

The great thing was that is was free marketing which appealed to me as I only had a tiny marketing budget, so I decided to follow what he was saying and adopt blogging into my marketing plan. After all I had tried many paid marketing solutions which resulted in thousands of dollars spent with little return.

I was where you are sitting right now. A blank screen and very little idea as to what to do. I think trial and error would sum up my first year of blogging, but my sponsor did give me some help along the way until I started to turn a corner, my posts got better which meant that the number of visitors increased also.

Also, the appearance of my blog improved from being a cluttered space with no real structure to becoming simple and clean and easier to understand. It has taken me a few years, but I am happy with the result now. Below is my personal website which has been created using the methods that I teach within the course. Check it out by clicking on the image below.

Write your textI will always be grateful for his support over that time and I want to go full circle and I now want to help you create something that you are very proud of and stop you making the mistakes that I have made.

When I look back, I think the turning point for me was realising that I had my own platform which I controlled which is a very powerful position to be in, and a position you could also be in!

Just Imagine Having Your Own Blog To Get Your Message Across

Unless you take action and start to build your own blog then all your dreams and visions you have will stay exactly where they are now. Is this really what you want to happen?

Just imagine the impact you could have on your audience, the value you can bring to make their lives better and more fulfilling. If you want to impact the world then you need your own platform so that you can shout from the rooftops so to speak!

The biproduct of that value is that you could potentially generate a nice income at the same time so let me ask you this. “Can you afford not to start your own blog”?

You could profit from your passion, not many people can truly say that they are passionate about what they do, they may like their jobs, but you could love your job as a blogger!

You could have more quality time to spend with the family. Never missing out on the school runs, sports day or the traditional Christmas play. Always being there for your spouse and kids.

Doors could open up for you in a as little as 30 days if you follow the path that I set out for you so what is really stopping you from taking that leap of faith?

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Check out the list below, and please contact us if your question isn't answered here.

How can I start my own blog?

It’s actually really simple. All you need is a website to call your own (also known as a domain) and a program to create and post all of your content.

With these two things, you have a website that is yours and yours alone. You have total control of everything that goes into it. Your blob/website is your virtual real estate.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Can I do this?

The concept of designing and running a blog sounds daunting, but with my help, it won’t be.

I’m going to show step by step how to create your blog. Just copy what I do and personalise your blog.

I will make the whole process quick, easy and fun.

How much does having a blog cost?

Normally you would have to pay for the website address and pay a yearly fee for the hosting service to keep your website up and running. This is usually around $80 per year.

What’s the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org?

The simple answer here is that the “.com” version is the free blog website where you have limited access and features. The “.org” version is where you can download the actual WordPress program for free to be used on a self-hosted blog (the kind I can show you how to make).

What’s the difference between a blog and a regular website?

Technically a blog is a website, but let’s not get existential here. The different between a blog and a website comes down to how it’s structured. Both are web address on the internet (www.website/blogname.com). The difference comes from the purpose and construction of the page when you land on it.

A blog is a series of “posts” which are essentially articles of varying lengths, organized by date or category. A website is more detailed and comprehensive. It will have a main page, a product or services page, a contact page, and so on. Many of these things could also appear on a blog, but the main difference is that a blog is updated far more often than a website which is more of a static design.

This course will show you how to create a beautiful website along with having the blog facility.

How long does it take to set up?

If you follow the course step by step you will have your blog set up in just a matter of days.

Then you will learn how to create content for your pages and your blog posts.

You will then learn the strategies to attract visitors to your blog and how you can monetize your content.

This course is a comprehensive 30 day challenge. Once you have completed the challenge you will have the opportunity to join a content creation challenge to master the skills of blogging.
